Well on a down note, I the move in date for the place I'm getting got pushed back a month. So I won't be able to start my next grow till January. On the other hand, I've got my 4x4 tent, air cooled hood, exhaust fan, and carbon filter ordered. Still have to get a new 1000watt hps bulb, seeds, also thinking about ordering a 400w to use for seedlings and vegging. Went and checked on my seeds, 1 has cracked a little and has a very tiny taproot starting to come out, the other has not done anything yet, hopefully by in the morning they will both have at least popped. Well one has popped and the other hasn't even cracked. I went on ahead and put both into a res hopefully the other will pop like this, the other though has just about come out of the shell. Little update, over night ww #1 shed her shell so today is her first day getting light. However #2 I checked on last night and still hadn't popped even being in the res with the hydroten so I about said the hell with it, toss it, and call it a loss. But decided to give one more day. This morning I check on it one last time and what do you know, the shell has started cracking and a very tiny taproot was showing. So now I'll give her a few days more of darkness then I'll give her some light also. Pretty excited to get things going again. Did a water change today and added some rapid start. #1 has decided to drop a root in the res, yay lol. Also she is working on first leaves. So today is day 5 for the white widow. Working on second set of leaves. Roots are starting to get pretty long also. My 2x4 tent will be here tomorrow so I will be transplanting her to a 5 gallon bucket. Got my tent yesterday and got some things set up. Got my white widow in her new res. The critical has shed her shell and has been under the light for a few hours now. I'll be putting her in her new res either tonight or tomorrow. OK so now both girls are in their buckets. The widow is working on node #3 and the critical is working on her first set of leaves. Both res have a total of 1.6 ml of calmag, micro, grow, and bloom each in them. Alright., little update time! So the white widow is doing great. Starting to get three leaves per node so three shoots per node are starting to come. the critical on the other hand has been a battle trying to get her started. The second set of leaves are finally starting to come out but really slow. I think maybe a high ec may be the cause so today I'm emptying the rez and giving her some fresh straight water for a few days and see how she acts with that. Long over due for an update. My phone took a crap and i had to wait for a new one to come in. But on to the important stuff lol. The critical i had just wasnt cutting it so she had to be cut:/ White widow on the other hand is doing great. Right now she is under the 400 hps. Was going to use the mh but the bulb blew as soon as i plugged it in. Waiting for the replacement though. Anyways, the ww has been vegging for almost 2 months. Unfortunatly though i dont have a lot of pics from where my phone was down but her are some of her progress so far. : this is how she is looking today and her root ball. I am probably going to veg her out for 1 more month
Got home today and my mh replacement had arrived today. So i had to go ahead and hook it up. Sometime this week i will be ordering my exhaust fan and using my cool tube. Took a reading a bit ago today, 5.9 ph 261 ppm 72 water temp 79 in the tent. Ppms are down from 419 3 days ago. She is drinking about 2 gallons a week at the moment. Im actually really anxious to see how the mh is and how she reacts to it considering ive mainly used hps in all my grows.
