    This guy just mentioned Texas because the majority of the people watching live were in austin, the same laws and rules apply all over the country NYC included

    Any one have any info on growing in legal states? Obviously I live in Washington and a buddy is thinking about growing at his house. He will have a medical card and only grow his legal limit- 15 plants. But he hopes to maybe get a roommate or two who grows and they'll have a little home based business. Does any one who lives here know anything about the dangers of this? I've heard the feds aren't busting anyone who isn't grossly over the legal limit of plants. But better safe than sorry. Just wondering if anyone knows or has heard about anyone getting busted lately in Wa. I know there's a ton of people who support it now and it seems a lot safer to talk about it and have it on your possession. But what about growing?

    I'm an American who knows his rights. I obey traffic laws, (not because I'm forced, because it's safe) and I haven't had any trouble with the pigs since I learned my rights. I like to fuck with police though, sometimes I smoke a blunt of some killer in my car then ride around trying to get pulled over:) I leave all my weed at home tho of course. It's not illegal to be high, and it's not illegal to smell like weed.

    I'm an American, too, but I don't drive around in my car smoking weed just to entertain with cops. But thank you for keeping those shit stains busy while I'm trying to make it to my doctor appointment.

    Interesting stuff, but it seems like you're just being an ass to be an ass. Why "fight" petty issues like roadblocks when the officer isn't the one who set it up/ordered it to be there? I don't know, just seems like there are better ways to use your knowledge if you know all of your rights.

    2.5 hours versus how many years in a cage (or worse) for not watching it?
     
     
    IMO, 5 plants is plenty for one person (though i agree we should not be limited to some arbitrary number). I'd prefer 15 per person, since that's enough for a mama from each continent, maybe a few mamas from special crosses, or whatever else you feel like experimenting with. At 5 per person, you could still have a mama for your special favorite, and 4 whatever you feel like experimenting with. This would be an acceptable compromise/regulation, IMO... though i still disagree with the arbitrary limitation. One is infinitely greater than zero, and 5 is 5x that. If it were federally legal for any adult to grow 5 plants, i would be willing to stop complaining... as long as the penalty for having more, was reasonable.
     
    I also have this "crazy idea" that the limit should be "you can't carry more than you can carry." If i can lift it, it should be legal. :cool: (and hey, that would promote physical fitness!)

    Haha I wont be going to jail for anything... unless its for growing weed. Which I dont see how they could catch me
