Productivity While High

Discussion in 'Pandora's Box' started by ricecake2525, Apr 23, 2014.

  1. Anyone else feel like they need to be productive during the rise of their high? And once they are the come down they can just relax? I feel like if I'm not productive I'll start thinking too much and I'll have a bad trip.

  2. I personally like to be doing something on the rise of my high. Like if I'm with a group and we're all just sitting and not talking I'll sketch out a bit due to the awkwardness but if I have something to do I should be alright.

    Que?

  3. Yea I feel like I begin thinking too much as well. Like I start to analyze my high and when I do that, I get wrapped up in my own thoughts too much and I begin to panic. Ever had any similar experiences?

  4. I believe it has to do with your mood before you smoke.  After a long ass day at work anyone can agree a nice Smoke and being lazy is great.  However for me at my previous job I was able to smoke during breaks, and on days I was realll tired I would go out, take a hit or 10 and come back ready to work hard

  5. Depends if i got shit to do. If i do, i do it, otherwise I just chill.

I don't have requirements or checklists for my high. I just smoke or vape.

  7. I love getting lost in my mind while I'm high on weed. Relaxing is always nice after work but when I'm smoking on my days off I want to do something just because I only have two days to actually have a life

  8. I've recently quite smoking because of that exact feeling ricecake2525. I thought it was just paranoia or anxiety settling in before the come up. I've been scared to smoke again because I nearly always sat there and analyzed my highs.

Before all this took place, I went to class baked, I smoked before and after work, visited family baked, everything you could think of. Sobriety kinda sucks.

    Is it just me over-analyzing?

  9. Definitely

  10. I actually had to quit smoking for a while because of that feeling. I'm just now starting to get the hang of it again, but it took me a while. Lots of trial and error almost. Before this, I was able to smoke as much as I wanted, now I maybe will smoke a small bowl and that will be it because of that anxiety. I feel like it's just a matter of time until my tolerance goes up, and I progressively can smoke more again.

Thank you for the reassurance dr cooper 😄.

Ricecake, I was also thinking the more time I dedicate to smoking and growing my tolerance, everything will be back to normal.

Thanks for posting. This question has been in the back of my mind for ages.
