you can't quite call it legalization yet as much as a step towards it. though it is a step and it is only by giving all our energy and time into this that we can make the difference. so let me tell you about the situation in Belgium and what could happen in the next year(s). currently it is legal to grow one plant(fem) and poses up to three grams (almost an eighth) in public though you can not use, smoke, or be high in public. there is no form of legal medicinal use known. over the last six months, there have been numerous talk shows with politicians, hosted by the biggest news channels of the nation and a lot of people support the idea of legalization.
