I'm growing in a small book case, approx dimensions are 29"x12"x30". Right now I'm using power strips and plug in sockets to light my little box, but I'd like to drain a more permanent fixture. Ideally I would use an existing shelf board (dimension 28.5"x12") that way I could raise and lower the lights as needed using the existing holes that are drilled for moving a shelf. My problem currently is that my light protrude off of the board about 7" which greatly eats into the amount of space I can allot for plant growth. I really would love some help designing a set up that would stay under 3-4" in heights and would generate +15k lumens.
