Is There A Difference In Weed That Is Grown Indoors To Outdoor Besides That Indoors Is Stronger

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by Cozjuana, Apr 22, 2014.

  1. is there a difference in weed that is grown indoors to outdoor besides that grown indoor is stronger

  2. Outdoor is generally less dense? I actually don't know if that statement is true or not.

I smoke on 1/5. I was always taught to reduce fractions.

  3. Indoor bud isnt stronger than outdoor bud, where its grown has no effect on potency.

The main difference, is outdoors, plants will grow a lot larger due to longer veg and flower.

  4. Indoor weed isn't always stronger, outdoor weed that is grown in the right conditions will be much stronger than something grown in an environment that tries to mimic natural conditions. The key word here is mimic, you can never truly match the output of the sun in an indoor environment despite how close we have come with technology. The transition into flowering is also much smoother when the plant follows the natural change in lighting hours which is generally a gradual change that doesn't happen over night which is the case in most indoor grows. Temperature changes in the natural environment usually effect the final product and if you live in a relatively stable climate this is usually beneficial to the plant however if you live further north or high in the mountains than the sudden shift into the cold can reduce both quality and appearance.
