  3. it is all about hand eye coordination. your mind wants to lift hand to mouth, stop mind from habitual movement ,desire to smoke vanishes. lift hand to moth and scratch nose instead, nose will be happy :)

  6. It's just as easy as nose scratching, eh?  Smokers must fucking love you.
     
    I quit a couple of times over my 20 year smoking career.  Getting serious about cycling forced me to stop.  I would complete a five mile sprint and be pulling up to friends offering smokes, "thanks, but I need to catch my breath."  After a month of that my sense of taste became more sensitive and I found cigarettes to be naturally repulsive again.
     
  7. I did a 15 day master cleanse. what I learned was that even though I was not hungry during the cleanse I still thought about food almost like an obsession. I'd stop and be aware of what was going through there(mind) and it was food. that helped me realize how psychological it is to think and do where the thinking seems to take over and the doing just follows( repetitious robotic everyday action). be more aware of what you are doing and you will find that ( reflect) your thoughts and desires lead you there. most people when they get aware are not happy where they find themselves, make new choices then and change.
