Happy 4/20! anyways i was supposed to enjoy the day with a new bubbler i bought about 5 weeks back named Rasta Fuck but last week me and 2 of my smoking buds were heading back from a closed off park we usually smoke at when we were about to jump the fence and a cop rolled up on us. So at this point me and friend A simply come over the fence (with nothing to hide) and talk to the pig, and get away no problem. Friend B however ran away with my bubbler and claimed to have tossed it over the fence into some bushes away from the cop, so the following weeks i spend time looking in said bushes for my Rasta Fuck where my friend said he stashed it. Through a couple chain of events i found out beyond a reasonable doubt that Friend B has my bubbler and when i confront him he denies it over and over for 2 weeks straight, lying to my face, making me spend time in the hot Californian sun searching for my bubbler, wasting my time. 2 days ago i confronted him one last time, getting him to admit it. Rushed with anger that this guy (who has wronged me many times before) has been lying to my face i threw the baseball i had with me at him with my hardest force and landed a following solid hit in. As soon as the punch lands he immediately denies having the piece at all, going back to his story of throwing it over the fence, yet i know this is untrue. I ended with saying he's pissed me off for the last time, giving him 2 weeks to return my money or my piece. I hadn't told him what i would do after his deadline but i figured seeing as he's hated by alot and i could easily beat him in a fight that i rough him around for a little. So any advice on how to resolve this peacefully or would you guys be ok if a little rough housing took place after the deadline? i could use some advice dealing with this asshole.
Does he have a vehicle, tires are awfully expensive.(Ahhhccchhhhhoooo never slash 4, insurance often will cover that.)sniffles. BTW karma is plotting.
He has done you wrong many times, yet you continue to be his friend. Are you not learning a lesson here?
Man a lot of peeps on here, and trully awfull at judging the character of someone. I'm in another country, and on a forum, but yet I can see the warning signs by just reading your post!
If you already were able to come to the conclusion that this "friend" was just some selfish asshole who couldn't care less about you and was just someone you got high with, and in the process wronged you repeatedly in the past, you would have already done something about having to voluntarily deal with such scum. So basically you won't do anything about this and you can consider it a loss due to your poor character judgement, and the best you can do is learn from your glaring mistakes.
This, and op it will come for you too. You have told him to replace it now walk away. If he does, great, but if he dont, then sit back and wait for karma to catch up with him because it will.

Not all rules bro. There are rules that guide a collective for a better community and there are those that are oppressive (thus made to be broken) that are to benefit a few, we here support the first.
What an asshole. Get a new group of friends if you have suspicions of them doing this because they aren' your friends. Sorry that happened to you man I would be pissed if I was forced to search for it for weeks and then the fucker finally admits it...
