What If....

  1. Just what if you could retire and buy some land in the woods of northern california...or south oregon and grow a bunch of dope for the rest of your life?

Imagine just sitting around on your own stack of bales and bales of dope...wondering what do you do with all that smoke?

I guess if I were to settle for this life style I would trade for supplies and foods and screw drivers(my vice of choice)...

But first,I need to finance this new adventure....so she gets the house and dog and I take the savings account along to the woods.

Going to buy a 60kw propane generator cost about $20,000 dollars...but hell she will run 50 lights and some a/c and such.

Damn thing burns 9 gallons and hour on a full load....300 gallon storage tank....needs filled each 2 days,
oh about 35 fills per flower cycle...not too stealth unless I start a propane company(good idea)!

So if I can pull .75 gram per watt how much did each gram cost me?in just propane at say 3 dollars a gallon...

  2. Use the sun. starting and doing all that bullshit from scratch is pointless.

In 1985 I grew 160 in the desert. I had lots of Colombian seeds ,chicken shit and water.

  3. Like my partner mentioned to me....how do you get rid of 200 lbs. of outdoor?

  4.
Very easy outdoor, you can do big plants.

Indoor you need a warehouse wired up fat like a welding shop..

The whole generator thing wont save you at all and sure as hell is not stealthy.
Pay for power from people who make power.

  5. The land is way cheaper if it is off grid to buy...small down payment too.
Going to need a well drilled
going to need storage for water
going to need a backhoe and some mason tools
    just a start here...

ps....could make 60,000 cones with out door....hella party for my work crew

  6. sounds like your best bet would be big water tanks and building a green house . you can get started on that fast. be looking at growing live plants in a week.

I was just looking at tanks 2,500 gallon was $1,600.

  7. Green house is good idea
Thinking of buying a 2000 gallon water truck(found an 2007 for $45,000)than just park it on site for a source of water.
Also going to run that water through an RO filter before it goes into my hot tub tea bag mixers.
Hell...maybe some of my grow buddies may need me to bring em water?

  8. So now I have some kind of plan to get started(could change according to advice that sounds good)
Need to start looking for a piece of land
    Amador County looks good
here's one parcel listed(just google land for sale amador)
    40 acres
    159k
even has a running stream on it!

total cost paid off in first year maybe?

  9.
I was looking at a ranch last week 12 acres 5 bedroom house, 4 car garage, 4 big ass barns for $325,000 Middle of nowhere.

I told the woman Id sell my soul to have that place. We own 2 houses now so we could use them for collateral.

  10. Turns out propane wholesale prices vary in price depending if you buy in bulk in the winter time or summer time...and how cold the winter is.
So to save a bunch of cash you need to stock up in the summer.
One tanker load of propane holds 9000 gallons costing any where from $18,000-$50,000 a load!
And the cost to set up a 30,000 gallon storage tank should cost about $1.00 a gallon(used set)
Now likely a tanker truck will not be able to drive up my long narrow driveway to the indoor grow,so it needs a site of it's own down in town some where.
I found a used truck for sale that hauls 3000 gallons for $28,000...this truck could make it up most driveway's

  11. I see pics of large mmj farms on the internet taken from the air...green house or just plain outdoor plants
To me this is a big red flag for the long haul growing experience.

A buddy of mine made a wonderful tunnel at his mountain top property in fallbrook california years ago.He took a backhoe and dug a 10 foot deep trench 8 feet wide bye 400 feet long arching with the slight contour of the hill.He than built a hallway using cmu's and rebar...than plastered the surface and layed 5" peller logs to the ceiling on 12" centers...than added rebar and 6" on concrete to form the ceiling and covered the concrete with plaster....than put the dirt and plants back on top of the structure.

Now imagine a large grow room under ground!

  12. Jesus....gettin busy here, going to be moving to gold country this saturday from the hills of riverside county, california.

Got to round up all my grow gear and pack the old uhaul for the move.Takes about 8 hours to drive north from southern california.
Looking forward to 30 camp grounds located with in 1 hour from the new Pad.

  13. Sounds like a kick ass adventure. I wish you all the best. :)

  14. Thanks for checking in snoopdog
Going to be great fun for sure
I'll be flying out of Long Beach, caifornia on thursday morning and landing in texas to load the uhaul for my partner who is sharing the new ranch with me.
hope I can drive 10 hour days and stay awake!
Our first run will be all indoor running 2 flower rooms about 15x25 feet.
    Except for a few of my outdoor I have been vegging for 10 weeks...headband,c99,la con...cherry bomb,and xj-13
    all will be grown organic

  19. Any of you morning smokers out there? It's 3:30am now got up early to catch a ride to the airport....but I never smoke a cone before 6am
    so how about your schedule?

  20. Jesus...long trip 2000 miles...
drove 16 hours on one long leg of the journey...monster drinks(4)cans,good shit for sure.

Well we landed and we are building out the flower rooms and veg room now...took me 5 hours rolling around Lowes home center picking out materials...when all done with first round the bill came to $4200.00
This will build 3 12x12 rooms and a lounge area to trim buds and such...

reefbongwell went straight to work and cupped up 80 or so seeds several popped in just 4 days

Got some TGA going and other babes too.

Here's a shout out to the weed nerds!
