Just wondering what you guys do when you guys smoke before you play sports, my legs and arms always feel so heavy and sluggish. Is there anything that any of you do before to get rid of that feeling? Like drink or eat something? I've only really done it before hockey, so would the cooler air have any part in this? Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
I always got lazy when I tried to smoke and skate. I would just end up sitting down or skating half-assed. When filming I couldn't smoke because all my tricks just looked lazy.
I try really hard not to smoke before a prctice or game. However, if you're going to smoke before hand 1.don't get STONED, just get a bit of a buzz 2. drink water to counteract the dehydration ie.cotton mouth 3. splash ice water on your face to become more alert And yes, the cold tempurature should help but I'd advice you to stay away from smoking before any important practices (the day before a game) and game day.
