I started kelp, neem, molasses bubbling Wednesday night in 2 gallons of RO. Running a fever of 103 (thank you son) and it's going to last at least 2-3 more days. I don't have the energy to bring the bucket up the stairs..... Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Grasscity Forum mobile app
If I add molasses & fresh water can I let it keep brewing? Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Grasscity Forum mobile app
thats already a really long time, most of your microbes have probably starved by the time you get to use it. Adding extra molasses and kelp/alfalfa will provide for food for them but generally you wanna use it quick, I dont brew for any longer than 72hr usually
As long as you give them more molasses they should be fine and the ones that die can just feed the one that are alive and the new growth as well
coulda sworn someone here has a perpetual act going as an experiment, and is seeing positive results.
Im on my third day with my tea and im still doing well when I use some of rhe tea I just put more ewc/compost/molasses and it goes right back to cooking I'm here to grow the best meds that the soil can offer......
"I started kelp, neem, molasses bubbling Wesnesday" You can let this go for several weeks - it's a "botanical" tea used for general nutrition and not an ACT anyhow. I let kelp and neem cake teas brew outdoors for weeks on end for my vegetable garden with fine results. Hope you feel better soon. Don't worry about the tea. Go back to bed. J
Thanks guys. I appreciate the help & well wishes. Hey, on a brighter note, my fever is "down" to 102.8! Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention there are EWC in my brew as well. I don't imagine that changes anything about the brew time though. This is my first brew & I'm excited to see the results. Sent from my HTC6435LVW using Grasscity Forum mobile app
