Does Smoking Increase Coristol Levels

I am asking because I've been having some health issues. I made an appointment with an endocrinologist, and they did took a sample of my blood to test how normal my coristol levels were. I got the results back yesterday and they were normal :/. I am disappointed, and cant help but wonder if smoking beforehand would mess up the results/
