I like Chai, Earl Gray, Green, and some Chamomile for bedtime. BTW, anyone in this thread who buys loose-leaf tea and has a vaporizer should try to vaporize tea, the flavour is INCREDIBLE! I vaped Earl Gray and it tasted like toasted marshmallows
I usually opt for a rooibos or green tea, though I'm English so I have a healthy respect for a mug of Earl Grey. It's what we do. Does it have any effects?
I'm not sure if you would get say, a caffeine buzz from it, but if you vaporize chamomile tea or other herbal blends to promote relaxation, that does work. I do it mostly for the flavour though - it can be completely different from drinking the same tea! I would only reccomend doing it with loose leaf teas though, wouldn't want to vaporize some of the filler they put in bagged teas.
