Dos Programming Rig Specs?

    Learning code and i'm a classic guy and i'm building a rig for testing/gaming and maybe programming depending on speed.
    But does a:
    Pentium Pro 150 
    256mB RAM
    ATI Rage 2
    Win98/Linux/DOS 6
    80gB HDD
    seem like a capable rig
    current rig is more than capable however but again i'm a classic guy.

    Sadly not haha, i'm an old school guy. Again i have a capable modern rig, i'm just more of an early 3D and 2D guy like 70-90's
    * i want something more than capable for dos it's mainly for older games and to test shit i write on my gaming computer
