  2. That's so fucked up.

  3. wow...from the land that will slap inbreeding pedophiles on the wrist and send them home to the kids...this seems oddly typical.

Can't fix stupid...maybe a hurricane can rip through there and wipe out the state, let it start over with some new genetics...

  4. It's worse where I live...

I was born in England but about 3 years ago and moved to Brunei for work. Brunei is in south-east Asia - the punishment for smoking weed here is you guessed it!

    Stoning, or cutting off hands........

    yeah..that's pretty messed up.

  5. vaporizing it is then, no smoke no die

  6. Damn thats fucked up. 13 years for 3grams.... We can see were the priorities are....Poor guy though, can you imagine....

I don't believe anything from the Top Info Post. They are garbage. I've seen them completely distort articles. I don't see it possible to go to prison for a misdemeanor cannabis charge. I can't find Lousiana laws on a quick search... prison time for cannabis posession like that is cruel and unusual punishment, if this is even remotely a real story, which it probably isn't, this dude needs a lawyer.

Edit: Lousiana law- For first offenders, possession of less than 60 pounds of marijuana is punishable by a fine of up to $500 and/or up to 6 months of imprisonment.

Second offenses are punishable by a fine of $250-$2500 and/or up to 5 years of imprisonment.

Another Top Info Post fear mongering article?

  8. Third offense is up to 20 years though

  10. Drug Policy Alliance, huh?
Harvard man Ethan Nadelman and Richard Branson and friends. Special interest shit fest. Don't believe a word of this.
I don't doubt that this man has been charged, but it is symbolic and ceremonious for DPA and their interests.
God damn there is so much propaganda these days. Almost every article you read now.
