Pulsar 7 Vape Problems

  1. So a few days ago, on a whim, I decided to buy a pulsar 7 vape. The guy at the headshop really sold me on it, and I was also very high.. I was a pretty easy sell.
     
    But so I bought it, expecting it to just be a decent, usable vape.. wasn't expecting any kind of great thing. I tried it immediately after buying it though, and it just wasn't working. No vapor was created, and it didn't get me even remotely high. I know with vapes the blowing out smoke process if totally different, but absolutely no vapor is appearing. I haven't blown out vapor once. Since then, it's just been more of the same, and I've had friends try it out with no luck either.
     
    The directions are really simple, and there's literally one button to push. I cannot possibly be doing something wrong directions-wise (although if I could be, please let me know) and I always have it charged. It just seriously wont work correctly.
     
    Is it possible I got a faulty one? Am I somehow not using it correctly? If anyone has any experience with this specific vape-- Pulsar 7 Pocket Vaporizer-- and can think of any tips specific to it, let me know. And, of course, in general if you have any vape-using tips please me know; I'm new to vaping and am very disappointed my first experience is going so poorly. Very bummed I spent $70 on something I can't get to work.. ANY help is much appreciated.

  2. You tried it "immediately after buying it"? The directions say you have to charge it for 6 hours before the first use.
     
  3. Does the light turn on when you press it? Of so, it is charged. I have bought this similar if not exact vape at a very expensive and embarrassing price at a head shop also. It is a complete rip off. It barely produces vapor and the top heats up enough to burn you. Sorry bro.

Hey all, this is an old topic but I'm having the exact same problem as the OP and really would like to fix it ;_; The Pulsar support is telling me I'm probably just doing it wrong (they're not keen on the idea of replacing the pen because they don't think it's the pen, but they're willing if I request) and otherwise generally helpful... but I just can't seem to get any vapor out of this thing.

    I'm upset because this is my first vape and I can't get it working. I only have a few days left to return it so I'd love my money back if it's just a confirmed piece of shit, or favourably some good help. Thanks :0
