I'm buying a new cooler soon, I'm deciding between a nice all in one liquid cooler or a aftermarket air cooler. My budget- Liquid: <150 Air<75 Which would be best for me (fm2 Amd Athlon x4 760K Overclocked)? What product do you recommend. I want the quietest and coolest cooler!

I'd always go with a liquid cooler over an air cooler tbh. They just seem to work better in my experience.

I wouldn't recommend a custom loop for someone who has no experience with them. Plus all the good ones are pretty pricey. Normally i would recommend the Kraken x60 but it's out of stock. If you are looking for something ready to go, and not a custom liquid cooling loop or something, your best bet is getting a hyper 212 evo for air cooling or an h100i or something similar for water cooling.
