  2. Auto PH nutrients are really easy. Check out Advanced Nutrients website and look at your options. They are the best.

  3. Advanced nutrients is the best.... but my God its really expensive to do it right. I recommend the Fox Farm trio. Its cheap, it works amazing, and you won't get stressed out trying to use it.

First off, what is your grow medium?

Second, pH is all Chemistry. Its what happens with your nutrients (nutes) and your plant on a molecular level. If your pH isn't correct, your plant won't absorb any nutrients. It is important to know your pH level before adding nutrients, otherwise you will severely burn your plant with the nutrients when you do correct the pH level. To test your pH level, simply go to your local hydro store, or ebay, and purchase a pH test kit. I will post a picture of what mine looks like.... one of the more common ones. It was $12.

As far as nutes go, again, I recommend the Fox Farm trio (Fox farm grow big, fox farm tiger bloom, fox farm big bloom) and you should always start with 1/4 strength at first. You do this to monitor the reaction of your plant, if it gives you one, because the last thing you want to do is add too much and burn the plant. So start with 1/4 strength, if all goes well the next few days, try 1/2 strength, if all goes well, go ahead and feed her at 100% strength. Feed your plants EVERY OTHER time you water. You should be watering once every 3-4 days so that would mean you're only going to feed her about once per week or every 9-12 days.

Here's a picture of the pH kit. If you have any more questions please ask!

  5. I have a yield master 2 with a 600 watt MH bulb. I have no duct work nor a fan. I doo have a normal oscillating fan faced toward the light. If I set up duct work will I see a change in heat, because right now it wont go under 85 degrees

  6. I can't stress how useful a digital PH meter is. They barely run twenty bucks and save you a bunch of time. I shoot myself in the foot for only getting one recently. Just make sure you get calibration solution too.

Just post questions and we are glad to answer, odds of getting someone to post you a full guide (especially when they are already located all over) is slim.

  7.
Yep, huge difference between air-cooled and open hood. Need an inline though, ductwork alone won't do shit.

  8. I ordered a 6in duct work fan, if it doesn't keep it cool enough I'll move to an inline fan
