Who cares? It also has a huge cannabis market. Besides, San Bernardino is huge, with a lot of diff areas. Yah, there are some pretty bad areas. But most cities are actually pretty nice. I drove by the Orange show today, and it looks like a really nice setup. EDIT: And the official butthole of CA is Adelanto. Don't ever go there if you value your soul.
Save your pennies and come to the one in sf in June. You want to see a real mj market, this is where the big dogs come out.
Just different markets. SF's market is mostly outdoors, where the Southern California market is mostly indoors.
No indoor here. Lol. Indoor is playtime. Outdoor is where it's at. I can also promise you the scene in sf will be 100x better than San Bernardino. A Los Angeles-based company is proposing a 600,000-square-foot indoor hydroponic medical marijuana grow that would be the largest in the United States. The proposed grow would be located in one of the largest vacant buildings in Chico, California, located at Chico Municipal Airport Industrial Park, once occupied by clothing distributor Koret, reports Toni Scott of the MediaNews Group. The property is being eyed by Plant Properties Management, LLC, which has hopes of creating a business model unparalleled in the medical marijuana industry.
I don't know exactly what you mean by play-time...If you mean just straight tonnage then yah, they move ridiculous weight up there. Hell, they move ridiculous weight up in Big Bear, and that's a tiny area in comparison. It's funny because everytime I see someone come down from Big Bear they have the whole burly-beard-and-suspenders-farmer thing going on. But they are good peeps, and they LOVE their DJ Shorts Blueberry up there (so they can't be that bad lol). But don't get it twisted; I've been in the business long enough to know that Southern California pretty much takes the cake for quality. Theres a lot of people down here who have really turned non soil into an artform, and it shows. But I love the market over here...LOTS of variety, LOTS of people who are very good at what they do, and the average quality is amazing. That's neat about the warehouse, but I've always preffered a market made up of the 'little guys'. Seems to go a long way in keeping the industry fresh and innovative. It would be neat to head up North and check out the market, since it really is so different up there, but it's just too far. Besides, SoCal has everything it needs down here .

Theres a lot of free stuff to be had too. You can smoke-sample diff types of weed, even sign up to be a judge, edible samples, merchandise. A lotta stuff...
