Are We Allowed To Discuss Herbs And Supplements?

    I was thinking of starting a thread on natural herbal supplements to see what works for certain conditions.

    You can't talk about "legal herb" blends that get you high, but I'm sure you could talk about things like echinacea, valerian, lavender, etc :p

    @[member="ICGreen"] honest question. What about Costco brand sleep aid or multivitamins and stuff to that effect? Or is it unmentionable?

    If it is an actual medicine you take , then it is allowed. If it is a pill that gets you any kind of high , then it is not allowed. Logic is pretty simple ...
