Hey all. Just started my first apartment grow-op a little while ago and I am just too excited not to share. It's like Christmas morning every time I open up the grow room. Great video man, your plant looks super healthy, keep it up mate. Btw tying down the branches like that is what growers call LST (Low Stress Training) and you are doing a fine job of it man. And that bent over stem feeding that "fat boy" is called supercropping. It's not something I practice myself but there are growers that do it to all their branches It look great man, I'm sure you will get more than just a couple of oz from it. How many CFL watts are you burning there ?
Appreciate the input! I was vaguely familiar with those terms I just had no idea I was doing it. It just seemed like the right thing to do as far as light exposure went. It's good know I didn't screw anything up. As far as CFL watts go, there are roughly 448 watts at the moment. The majority being 2700k with a few 6500k. I plan on adding 100ish more watts to the back side of the plant that you can't see where it's lacking light, bringing it up closer to 600 watts.
I tend to call every little thing a "guy", regardless of sex. "Ay man you got anymore of them blue guys? Major test this week." (referring to adderall) *rolls up joint* "You ready to smoke this guy?" *spots a ladybug* "aww look how cute this little guy is" But you are right they are gals and I shall work on giving them the respect as such.
They are frosting up early man that's going to be some awesome bud. They look really healthy, probably the healthiest first grow I have seen. What nutes are you using?
Thanks man, I'm real excited with my results so far. Looking forward to seeing how much they truly swell in these next few weeks. I've just been using General Hydropnics 3 part flora series. Pretty much just used this calculater [ http://www.generalhydroponics.com/calculator/index.html ] to figure out amounts but the nutrients thing is still a little confusing to me so i've been putting in a little less then what it's been telling me, just to play it safe.
