    Just did my research on this subject.  This is true!  My bad, however the temp of the bic can reach over 3000 degrees, the vaporization temp of aluminum, straight from wikipedia, is "Boiling point, 2743 K, 2470 C, 4478 F"
     
    So the bic will not, and never has for me, melt aluminum.

    Just the over exposure to aluminum itself, especially like that, causes Alzheimer's. Just stop being a jackass and buy a dry pipe or something to smoke it out of. Or stop being cheap and buy bulk and save money, rather than smoking gross res.
