I don't understand how they could be this dumb. I blast inside when it's raining all the time. Set dish on window and blast fans blowing all the tane out side. I turn off all the lights and make sure the thermostat is off. It's really not that hard. If they are this dumb could you imagin the Type of product they are producing yuck.
