watsup guys. bascially im done with my lifestyle its just garbage. anyways the weekend hit it was chill just got off probation a week ago so i wanted to party. homies bang nd shit. so there cool then there like oh u shud meet hthis funny ass kid. so he comes through there like hes been kiking it lately. we go to his pad for tfriday nd sat nd throw a party. not alot of ppl come but still other ppl then just the homies. friday night his phone was infront of me so i took it. then i gave it back. saturday night i dip. then sunday morning he hmu like hey bro all my moms shit is gone ring oe whatever nd her buisness laptop. hes like bring it to a random adress hide ti and my mom wont do shit. i clalld em right back like wtf. i dont have ur shit why wud i have it. if i had it id already give it back. he starts calling today like ur under investigation all this bs. my moms laptop had buisness documents thats federal blah blah blah. idk what hes talking about. he really is convinced its me. wat a snitch ass foo. i didnt even do shit it was otehr ppl that robbed his shit cuz he was dead asleep on something. i put it on my life i didnt tiuch his shit. can i still get in trouble? the homies are trippen and so am i hard core i dont want to go to jail for shit i didnt do. i cant snitch. i mean this is LA the pigs have bigger shit to catch then some stupid kid who threw a party and got all his stuff stolen nd blamed it on some kid. im done with my lifesylte. i just got off porbation a week or 2 ago nd this is the 2nd time im about to catch a case. im sick of it. i just dissapoint my parents. all i wanna do is make my dad happy. he works so hard for me. puts a roof nd feeds me. i love him to death. i just dont show it i tell him im sorry but it doesnt mean anything. im 18 and i kno he can kik me out anytime. i really want to tell him ii went back to my lifestyle after probation but realized it was trash. but i cant cuz itll tear me up. i dont ever cry. cnt cry havent cried in prolly 10 years. i kno not alot of dads are there nd that caring. he always helps me with everything.weather it be days to help me fix my car. or other simple shti that just proves how much he cares. im confused why they kiked it wit this kid in the first place. noone likes em. my question is am i gonna go to jail for shit i didnt do nd will my dads house get raided. or will the cops go to his house and say wow ur sons a idiot for throwing a party nd getting ur shit stolen. also im gonna show my dad im reallty changed. im gonna call him nd tell em what im doing when im comming home or whatever it is. nd accually do it. nd also stop being out 24/7 but be home more.

If you wanna be a good kid and make your parents happy. Stop being a fuck up and hanging around the wrong crowd. Stop drinking, stop smoking, stop popping pills, stop doing any drug. Start showing that your parents can trust you and that you help around the house and with what your family needs. Stop being a fucking idiot. You will learn, i learned from all my fuck ups and i ended up making my dad leave my family because of me doing "drugs". Not so much the drugs were my families problem, my dad just couldnt deal with being a dad to 3kids and a wife, so he used an excuse of what i do to leave. All im saying from that is anything could happen in life and when you get older you will realize "damn what the fuck was going through my mind when i was a teenager, i fucked up so much" and the moral of the dad leaving thing is.. i got to caught up in staying out, partying, hanging out with friends that in the end my dad leaving hurt everyone around me, but not me. So i messed up alot for a little.

But they can't put you in jail if there's no real evidence you took te kid's mom's shit so I wouldn't worry it just tell them the truth if they come talk to you and maybe also call your probation Officer? Cause then they might be able to help out and put a good word in for you if you did well on probation.
if you didnt take it then the only evidence they had would be circumstantial since you DID take the phone. other than that they really cant charge you without the laptop. if hes already gone to the law, id go talk to whomever is investigating it. also, just a tip. if your trying to change your lifestyle, appearance is crucial. the way you talk is going to play a huge roll in that. im not trying to be mean, but if your post is any example of how you speak, id probably accuse you too! seriously though, not trying to be a dick, but try speaking (writing) more clearly. last thing, your "homies" are not the people to be around if your trying to change, i mean one week out and they already got you under investigation? tragic

The way you type is annoying az shit. But to answer you have nothing to worry about. Ive been in a similar situation where I actually DID have something to worry about. A detective came to my house and searched my room and since I didnt have the stolen property there was nothing they could do. So basically unless you are in possession of the items youre good.
