  2. This made me laugh profusely.

And finally, one California sheriff went Denver television to warn that after marijuana was decriminalized in his county, "thugs put on masks, they come to your house, they kick in your door. They point guns at you and say, 'Give me your marijuana, give me your money.'" (Of course, this completely disregards the simple logic that when weed is legal, you really don't have to steal it.)

Mother fuckers come to our house they get .357s and 12 gauges in their face. Haaha noone gets robbed that is smart and prepared

  3. Lol.

So far the only danger of CO legalization is that our gov and his entourage will spend our millions of tax revenue on projects we don't agree with.

Overall is been great though. No crime or Dui increase, no reefer madness, no kid issues. Alcohol and narcotic drugs still remain the only true dangers to our residents and their kids.

Propagandists don't have any science or fact based legs to stand on. They are now the minority and look like a bunch of crazies.

  4. Gov. John Hickenlooper said "Colorado is known for many great things - marijuana should not be one of them" and that "It sends the wrong message to kids that drugs are OK." Dr. Kevin A. Sabet, former Obama drug policy advisor, warned that the feds would crack down on legal-weed states, increased teenage use and "stoned driving." Mayor Hancock

Why don't we ban all starbucks and liquor stores while we are it?  Lots of highly addictive drugs in there.  Hell shouldn't there be a curfew where people shouldn't stay out after dark?  While we are at it people shouldn't be able to wear different clothing, there should be a uniform for all.

PolicyMic is alright. They have dumb ass viewpoints on things sometimes but when it comes to MJ, I agree with them 100% :hello:

  6. I think that the eyes of the world were looking at Colorado when everything went legal and we have had great success showing everyone that our state did not go to hell in a hand basket. This is what the people wanted and they have followed the rules because they understand it is a privilege that most or the world does not have.

20 years ago you never would have thought there would be listing sites like
    http://www.denverdispensaries.net/

    or

    weedmaps.com

to show you where to get some of the highest quality bud in the world.

I think that Colorado deserves a big round of applause for the way they have handled this ordeal and encourage them to move forward! :bongin:  :hello:

  7. How long do you guys think it will take for other states to jump on board?  Seems like a lot have passed medical usage since CO went rec.  I'm in the building industry and I am currently working with an engineer that is working on a $45mil weed farm in Pueblo, CO.  To invest that much money somebody's got to know something we don't.  Everyone should be able to share the recreational success that we have had in Colorado :smoke:

  8. yep I agree.  I can't wait until its legalized in all states, especially mine haha.  I would love to be able to just make edibles and perhaps smoke or vape when needed.  Prices are too expensive here to cook with cannabis, as an oz can cost $300+.  I've heard its half that in teh right states.  With full legalization (which will cut out the black market, help cut back on kids buying pot, cut out dealers selling other drugs, etc), I can see the prices dropping even more, like $75 or so for an Oz, that would be fucking awesome.  I have a medical problem, and I really want to use edibles to help treat it (or something like a RSO), but with the current status, its highly unlikely I could buy in bulk and make it.  Legalization changes that.
