  1. Im so pissed off at myself :( i fucked up and when i went to top my first plant ever (take a look at my grow journal if interested in my first grow ever and its in a phototron) and accidently snipped a side 1 of the 2 side branches coming from the main stem. In utter frustration i decided to top the next node down. Was that a bad idea or a good idea? Im very nervous that i really messed up... here are some pictures to justify! Shes about 14 days old

  2. I think i did something similar. I left i alone. The two sides grew out like lil nubs and 4 tops emerged. Good luck

  3. I think you will be fine. I would actually go down to just above those next two strong nodes. Then all four that I can see in your picture would take off nicely. Else just leave it...it will soon kick into gear and send up some solid new growth.

It could be good to train onto a low screen with branches that low or you might want to top the new heads again when they develop just to get even more 'tops' to compensate for lack of branches....depends on your grow style. =)

  5. yeah you did have a bad idea... why would you cut an additional node off, essentially 2 fan leaves,,, it would have grown 2 new tops from lower regardless cutting off anything else.. not going to kill it but just wasted a good week of growing IMO.

  6. You didn't mess it up but you should've just left it after the first topping.

  7. Like everyone else said, you'll be good brotha

  9. Gratz bruh! As someone said weed is super resilient. I had a plant next to some peppers, eggplant, and rosemary earlier this month and we had a freak snowstorm. After the snow melted all the other plants died, but the cannabis was still growing.

  10. Itll work out. Heres mine just shy 3 weeks since the flip. Shoots came out of nowhere everywhere. Good luck my brother!
