My first grow outdoors was last summer and it failed very badly. I have success growing indoors so im giving it another shot this summer.

The strain I am going to grow is Spliff Seeds Polm Gold Semi-Auto.
Here is the details on it from the website i ordered from....

    "
Polm Gold Semi-Auto Feminised Cannabis Seeds
Polm Gold Semi-Auto Feminised Cannabis Seeds by Spliff Seeds: Polm Gold Semi-Auto 90% Sativa Genotype: Chefchaouen Sativa x Viking x Early Pearl earthy, sweet lime flavour and spicy, sweet and sour taste, big yielding outdoor strain, early finisher; begin to mid-September in Holland, stoned High, potential THC level medium-high.
We used genetic material brought from the Chefchaouen region (Sativa dominant clones) and crossbred her with a Viking and Early Pearl to improve yield. The resulting hybrid we stabilized during many generations of breeding and selection to suit her to the cold and damp Dutch climate. A climate where spring and summer are often plagued by extreme weather conditions; torrential rains and extreme temperature changes. Polm Gold Outdoor should at least have 8 weeks as a vegetative period. Ideally place her outdoor around mid-May. Polm Gold Outdoor will start to flower as early as mid to end of July. Harvest time is mid-September. If you are impatient, you can harvest her as early as the beginning of September, although she will not have matured completely by then.
Not suitable for indoor growing because this Sativa dominant plant will take to the sky, Polm Gold Outdoor will even root on rock soil. She has the best root development of all our outdoor strains. These roots make for a plant of amazing production. She is a typical tall and wide structured Sativa, so you might want to keep her length at bay. When cloned and put under 24 hours of light you will see her start to flower within 2.5 weeks (autoflowering property).
Polm Gold is the most stable, uniform variety of all our outdoor varieties. Big buds are no exception to this strain and the colas are sugar coated, abundant with resin. This sweet tasting, highly aromatic 90% African Sativa is in taste quite similar to our Blue Berry. She has an earthy, sweet and citrusy aroma and spicy, sweet and sour taste. Polm Gold offers exceptional yields and has a stoned high sensation, possible THC level high.

I have a shorter growing season than most people with where i live so i thought this strain would be good because it finishes earlier being semi- auto.

I started my seedlings a week ago on April 7th.
They are indoors under 3 60watt cfl bulbs, in one gallon pots of happy frog soil.
I have them on 18/6 light schedule right now and they are about two inches tall and starting their second leaf sets already.

My plan is to put them outside in the first week of May.
Im going to be putting them each in ten gallon pots.

My soil is going to consist of roughly 35% happy frog 35% FFOF. 15% perlite and 15% worm castings.

I have all organic pesticides for any bug you can think of, spider mite spray and organic pesticides for slugs which was my biggest problem last season.

Since i started these plants indoors a month ahead of time, i am aiming for end of july harvest since the are a semi- auto plant.

They are supposed to produce alot of bud, but i cant find anybody on the internet who has ever grown them, and i know from indoor growing that you cant really expect the amount of bud that they say they produce but i also have never grown a plant 3m tall either haha

However i have five plants and had 100% success in germinating them with liquid seaweed in rapid rooters.

    Comments/Advice/Critism welcomed.

will post pictures starting this week as week one of veg.

I'm going to say they are at about 1.5 weeks of veg. I don't count the first week they are a seedling. They are starting to develops their second leaf set. I need to top the soil off as you can see but they are looking pretty healthy. It's five polm gold but one is just starting to pop out of the rapid rooter. The sixth on is a royal queen presidential og. I just decided to plant that one for the hell of it. Here are some pictures

Also I'm using hesi nutrients with biobizz fish-mix once a week. I fed them a couple days ago at about 20 percent strength and they seemed to love it.

Along with the cfls I stuck some 25 watt led panels in there with them also

  4. I topped off the girls with some peat today. They are about 20 days old from seed and about two weeks into veg. In about two weeks from now they will be taking their journey outside to their new homes in ten gallon pots. They seem healthy other then some curl to some of their leaves. Here's some pictures image.jpg image.jpg
