Okay so before I start with what I think a little background history of me. I'm a Protestant Christian and believe in Jesus Christ and God very much. I know the bible says we are alone in the universe but some things have happened to me to make me wonder and create curiosity and questions. Let me explain: Sometime around a year ago me and my friends were smoking weed with my one friend's best friend, he told us about this cool place to go and smoke in the woods and we could drive my car there. So we got to the spot which was like 10 minutes of driving slow on an off-road trail where you also crossed a river that was blocked by a dam. I decided I don't want to say what happened to me to think this question because I don't know if people will laugh and make fun of me or believe me haha so keep this thread going or don't it's up to you guys. If you just consider the sheer size of the Universe..the number of stars..to even think for a second that WE are ALONE is the silliest thing one could ever imagine. Just look at this single Planet and the diversity of life...its everywhere, at every size and constantly in flux. If it's true here, its possibly true in every single place like this..which has to number in the TRILLIONS...we are NOT alone.
aight I'll tell you dude it's going to make me sound crazy but whatever, everyone can believe me or call me crazy it's all good this way I get if off my chest too: honestly I don't know but my father said it is but ima look it up and get back to you on that for clarification. Now of what happened: about a year ago me and my friends were chilling in the woods where this one kid took us to blaze... Prolly sometime around half way through smoking the 3 blunts we were smoking me and this other my friend's best friend saw this plasma looking thing in te sky at night. Now it was bigger than a shooting star or anything like that it was hold a circle and it came outa nowhere I mean we were chilling and it just appeared out of thin air, it then started to coast for a few seconds and then it made an even bigger plasma kinda thing and disappeared. You know how in space movies when try are going light years away they turn on this plasma stuff and it shoots out a lot and then the ship goes away! It looked like that kinda and once it went away it was gone out of thin air. Second thing: just a week ago my mom went on vacation. We have 4 cats 2 that say in the house ad 2 strays that stay In the basement. At night we close up the door and lock them in since there's raccoons that try to get in our house. One night I locked the door and closed them in like usual the next day I go down to feed them and the cat is outside. I know she was inside because I pat her wen te door was locked in. Third time: this is the most scary to me. I was sleeping and had a dream about the south park episode of being on the alien ship and the alien leader shape shifts to not scare you. So through the nigh it was a cool dream but then my dream went black and my body tarted to internally shake I can't really explain and then my head starte to have a headache. This happened for a few minutes and then I heard like a wombombombombom noise and then like a sound of a have leaving and after that I woke up. So it's just weird to me and the last two times I completely sober. Great now I soun crazy
^^ I think the third thing maybe was projection. I know that they are out there. My whole family watched them over the ocean one night for 15-20 minutes. The orb kind. Crazy flashing changing colors...going zigways. Never forget it. I love that shit. I LOVE that they're out there. Let's face it....if they were going to fuck us up they wouldve done it by now. Sometimes I wonder if they know there's some stoners down here gettin' high and theyre just like 'lets go fuck with em' ahaha

I don't believe in a deity but I do believe we are not alone out there. I believe somewhere there has to be life on another planet, whether or not they are water based life forms like us or something completely different. It would be cool if we made contact with "aliens" in my lifetime.
For all intents and purposes we are absolutely alone in the universe. Any race of beings capable of travelling the vast distances of space between solar systems would have almost zero interest in our primitive backward peoples here on Earth. We can't even stop fighting among each other for basic resources, how the hell could we even consider communicating with a super advanced civilization from another world? What could we possibly offer beings like that besides diseases, or a blueprint on how to fuck up oceans or pollute the air? This is why I find religion so amusing. Why would an infinite God or gods be interested in supporting a form of life that is hell bent (no pun intended there) on self-destruction and waste? I imagine any race capable traversing solar systems might pause for a second, giggle at the rampant chaos we call civilization and move onto something much more appealing.
Lol you have such a twisted idea of what God is. Nothing can exist without two extremes. If there was only light and no darkness, it would essentially be as if nothing exists and it ia the same in the opposite situation.
I don't have a twisted idea of what "God" is since there isn't one (zero proof) any more than I have a twisted idea of Santa Claus. I see the believers in God and wonder how they enhance the world and make it a better place, i.e. they aren't.
I tink we are definitely not alone theres probably millions upon zillions of space bugs. I bet intelligent lifeforms are more.
I like to think and have a thought that what if aliens were peaceful beings and if they ever invade. It wouldn't be to destroy us it would be to destroy those who are ruining the planet. Idk it's just something random I think about
