I have a 600w Lumatek Digital Dimmable Ballast and im running a 600ML bulb currently at 400WSL and was wondering if I could switch it from 400WSL to 600W a few hours before bedtime...can I adjust the dimming on the ballast while the lights on? and while its been on for like 15 hours continuously..? thanks in advance
You can switch while on, but manufacturer reccomends turning ballast off waiting 15 minutes before changing dimming value. But doing it while it is on is fine, just wears out bulb quicker..
