Less Than 48 Hours Left On Probation. Drug Test??

    Hey guys, this is my first post. Sorry if it's in the wrong place, I searched around and this looked as good as any...
     
    Here's my story.
     
    I've been on deferred felony probation for the past 2 years. In February 2012 I was arrested for criminal trespassing and it's been one nightmare after another since that time. I was charged with a felony, but luckily my lawyer got me into a deal where I get this wiped off my record if I complete my sentence.
     
    I was given 100 hours of community service, several random UA's each month and a bunch of alcohol classes to complete (my charge had NOTHING to do with alcohol lol). I've completed all of this with flying colors and haven't fucked up once, haven't even been a few minutes late to a PO meeting the entire time. My PO was so impressed that 10 months ago I was moved to unsupervised probation. I haven't seen the guy or had any contact with the system for over 10 months.
     
    That's about to change in about 37 hours though. On Tuesday morning I'm going into court again for my last hearing. From my understanding the judge is supposed to make sure I completed my shit and then, supposedly, ill be good. My problem tho is I just have this feeling it ain't gonna be that easy. This whole process has been hell and it just seems unrealistic to think I'm just gonna walk in there and everythings gonna go how its supposed to go. The rational part of me realizes I'm likely just stressing myself the hell out, so thats why I got some questions for you guys.
     
    1. Is there any possibility for a drug test? I'm clean for urine and blood but hair is another matter (yes I smoked during my time on unsupervised). Does anyone think there gonna pull something like that?
     
    2. If the judge feels like being an asshole could he decide he doesn't trust me and extend my probation? Ppl keep saying this is unrealistic but I just dont know
     
    3. Is having to go into court before the end of a probation sentence highly unusual? Cuz ive been getting the impression that for most ppl they just have to get their PO to sign a paper or the day just passes and thats that..
     
    Sorry guys I know this is ridiclously long first post and maybe not even in the right section but I'm a nervous fucking wreck right now. This process has been going on for SO long, and the fact that its about to end feels like a dream lol.
     
    BTW I live in Colorado.

    You should be fine imo, they most likely won't do a hair follicle test, probably just a UA. It sounds like everything is normal and your just stressin. Don't do anything stupid, be polite, and you should walk away from it all good to go

    1) I don't even think you'll get tested at all.
    2) No. He has to have a reason. If you go in and haven't completed something you should have, that could be a cause for extension.
    3) No. I have to go in for a hearing so the judge makes sure I completed everything I should have.


    I smoke on 1/5. I was always taught to reduce fractions.

    Well, they cant use hair tests in court its illiegal, if your clean, and have payed your dues youll be fine

    Real busy few days with school, sorry for not getting back.
     
    Everything went fine and I'm officially off! Fuck yeah! Just studying for an exam so I'm waiting to break my fast til tomorrow but looking real forward to it!
     
    If anyone reads this wondering the same thing in the future, know that I was not drug tested and everything went fine.

    Hey guys, I have a quick question about subbing. I'm a female and want to sub with my husbands pee. Will this be ok. Will they test for gender?
