Apple pipes are literally the easiest pipe to make , and they're always available. Either you got some at the house, on a tree, or in a store.

Pair of pliers and electric take. Us the pliers with the indent and the wire cutters. Slightly open the pliers (like less then a quarter inch spread at the end) and wrap the tape around it up to the wire cutting part. Use the indent on the wire cutters as the bowl and the end of the pliers for the mouth piece. Just google electricians makeshift pipe you should find it

you could avoid using the potentially dangerous options like a tin can or anything with foil or plastic. if i were u i would look for some type of fruit or vegetable and carve it into a pipe.  U could also try using a socket to make a pipe. try and look for stainless steel and avoid copper when smoking with metal

 

Any fruits really, all you gotta do is be crafty.

WATER BOTTLE WORKS THE BEST I PROMISE YOU. just take a lighter and burn some of the plastic to make a hole and then put foil where the bottle cap is supposed to be and take something sharp and poke little holes in the foil.
