Clausterphobia Problem

  1. Hey so im a college student that takes the bus 3 days a week and I usually go during the morning, around the time lots of high school students or going to school as well..
     
    so the bus is usually packed:  with all seats taken, and people standing EVERYWHERE.. and I get nervous when this happens and find it a bit hard to breathe sometimes.
     
    is there anything I can do to help this problem or even just lower it slightly I just want some help I hate having to control my breathing when im reading on the bus haha 

     
  2. If its real bad, go to therapy and work it out.
     
    Try CBT as well. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  It's for anxiety and works for long term as well.
