Hello fellow forum folk and marijuana enthusiasts. I just moved to Spokane from California only to discover my recommendation isn't valid here. I need help finding a good place to obtain my card here. All of my medical records are in California sadly, but I originally got my medical card for severe anxiety, insomnia and chronic headaches caused by a dislocation in my jaw. I read that my records have to be three years recent and that is no longer the case for me. Where could I go to speak to a doctor about my conditions without having records here in Spokane? I've been sober four months and my headaches have came back followed with temporary lock jaw and I'm not going to lie this hurts like hell. Any help is appreciated, stay true !

  2. I've found half of these places but they're all dispensaries. I'm looking for a reputable location to get my medical card in this state, but I do appreciate the information for I saw more dispensaries I was unaware of. Good lookin out.

  3. Call a dispensary or two and ask for recommendations.

  4. Why haven't i thought of that, thanks for the idea!

  5. why would it be valid. Prop 215 is a state law an Washington is not California seems rediculous to assume it would work...

  6. You have to go to a doctor out there and get a Washington rec.

  7. Unfortunately, none of those (anxiety, insomnia, or headaches) really qualify under the WA law. Closest you might be able to get is a doctor who will define the headaches as 'chronic pain' for the purposes of your recommendation, but again, it might not stand up because those just aren't conditions specifically outlined in the law.

  8. I knew it wasn't valid before arriving. I'm looking to see if there are any doctors folks would recommend

  10. Well my TMJ has been getting worse so I'm certain that will still qualify me, there's no cure to the condition that any of my old doctors or my dentist could find for me. They said by the time I'm thirty my jaw will just be bone rubbing against bone. And the jaw does stop me from eating, sometimes I can't even open enough to bite my pinky

  11. Oh I can see how there would be a misunderstanding,I did as much research possible before coming up, thanks for the input however! I'm thinking of seeing a regular doctor here to talk about my jaw

  12. good call. Good luck :)

  13. Thanks ! Keep you posted :)

  14. Pain and anything that keeps you from being able to eat should be considered a decent problem to get your card...go talk to a few local doctors about your pain and start up a new more recent medical record with the help of your old records aswell....

You could also go in with no doctors info and pay a bit more and have the doctor look you over more thoroughly than they would if they had all your records. There should be a 4 evergreen group somewhere near you I'd think, that's who I've got my rec through the past few years...

  15. Thanks a ton dude! I love this city, don't know how much longer I can go dry. But I think I'll give the straight forward path a shot and develop a medical record afterwards, woke up this morning unable to talk. Wish me luck! Before I got my card in CA I used to buy from a dealer my dad's known for decades. First time I bought from him he shot me an ounce for 80$ because I fixed their PC that same day haha. It's good to finally get a response from someone local though, the people in this city are so much friendlier than folks in SoCal!

  16. Good luck man, it should work for ya though. Did you find a 4 evergreen group out near you? I think there is one out there

  17. Yes all it took was a quick google search, found one in Spokane, one final question however, how much does this location charge? I saw green wellness does the appointment for about 200$ and this other location here said it does the yearly recs for 99$. Not too concerned about the price however since my rec in CA was at 160$ for the year. Just lookin for an estimate for how much to save is all, I am currently growing a couple of trees, random seeds though so I'm hoping to get some medicine sometime soon. Once again thanks a ton for the information!

  18. Uhhh, no medical records is $120 and with records is $100 I believe

  19. Ok. Rec marijuana is legal in wa. Correct? Why not just grow
