I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of some bands or artists that have 3 or more of the above tastes. The more criteria i can see the band or artist mix into their work the better. Will you share these hidden gems with me?
Record companies generally do not like to sign artists that cross over to different categories. You may find some indie groups or solo acts that are similar to what you mentioned, though.
If you drop symphony tones, indie, and pop, you've got a fairly common grouping of genres. Psychedelic stoner metal often times has blues/punk influence. Eyehategod is an example that has both. Electric Wizard fits the bill of stoner/psychedelic/metal/blues. As does Sabbath, Blood Ceremony, Uncle Acid... go a bit doomier and you've got Pallbearer, Suma, Yob. More on the punk side, just check out sludge--it's kind of stoner/metal/punk. Boris doesn't necessarily fit all these genres into single albums, but throughout their discography they've covered probably all the genres you mentioned, and then some.
eh... not sure exactly what you're looking for but try Wavves? especially the albums king of the beach and their self-titled. they've kinda got a lo-fi stoner thing goin on. i like FIDLAR too, they're kinda stonery punk, idk they get a lot of shit but they pretty much just write songs about getting high. i'm not too keen on genres since i listen to such a broad range

That's a pretty specific request. Not sure if it's what you're looking for but check out Ozric Tentacles. They are very psychedelic, bluesy with lots of weird synth parts and very shreddy guitar thrown in
