    Hello GC..hoping all is well w/each of you. I just got high as a bird and was just thinking about, because I rent, of how important it is to be able to use your neighbors as good pet references.
    Remember;
    1. Keep your dog quiet. (Indoors)
    2. Make SURE you keep their crap picked up. Nothing worse than being down wind from smelly bunches of dog crap.
    3. Make sure they are either leashed, restrained or held in a confined area/fence at all times.
    4. Occasionally, when you see the neighbor(s) ask them if they have had any trouble with your dog or ."Is my dog bothering you in anyway?" This helps them realize what a great job of pet ownership you're representing. Be easy if you ever needed one for them to write that you are a responsible dog owner.
    5. Love the damn thing. You ended up with it.
