Did the re-schedule happen to coincide with the Sativex advancements at the time? I always wondered if they didn't re-schedule to allow some studies or whatnot that they needed and then changed it back. That would make sense with the way they do things under the table with cannabis and the pharma advancements. It's all pharma on both sides of two party politics.
