Now I know many people don't like change.org petitions (including me) due to the fact that they are useless and fucking retarded. But maybe this petition started by a legitimate organization will make Obama think about this and also scare the shit out of that bitch Leonhart. FIRE MICHELE LEONHART! Because Michele Leonhart has a track record of undermining state law with regard to legal medical uses. Michele, who once refused to answer the relatively simple question of whether marijuana is less harmful than heroin or crack cocaine and her repeated refusal to recognize clear scientific evidence undermines the president's mandate that science and the scientific process guide decisions of this Administration. Because Michele Leonhart is spreading false information about marijuana. If your dog died from eating an edible, it was most probaby a BROWNIE. Brownies contain chocolate which is harmful to dogs, whereas pure marijuana would make your dog fall asleep if it somehow got a hold of your marijuana. BEER is more harmful to dogs than marijuana.

There is no effort involved here. You think they are really gonna do anything about one of these petitions when they can't even verify that the signatures are coming from U.S. citizens who are old enough to, and are registered to vote? Do you not remember when the site went up, and they said they would give an official response to the petition that had the most signatures? Well, guess what petition got the most signatures. Legalize marijuana. Their response basically said: "yes, we are well aware that you want marijuana legal, but we are the government and we know better than you so eat a dick. It ain't happening!" Don't contribute to this farce! It costs tax payer money to keep that website running. So let it die already!
I agree. And yes, I saw the marijuana petition and I saw the response, it was bullshit. Full of misinformed lies. I just feel like this might do something im not sure.
