This will be my grow journal for a bag seed of unknown origin. It is my first time growing indoors but I do have experience with successful outdoor grows. The seed was germinated by placing it in a glass of water for 24 hours and then placed in a wet paper towel in a zip lock bag. It was then placed in a small cup with bat guanno and some organic starter soil. At first I had it under an aero grow light but I decided I wanted alot more light so I bought cfls and turned a plastic tote into a grow box and am modifying it as I go. It has 6 cfls and a 5 inch fan. The plant is on an 18/6 schedule. The seed broke soil on march 21. just wonderiing how long before 21st march did you actually start the whole process, like from when the seeds was first put in water?
soaked the seed in water for 24 hrs then germinated with the paper towel method then put it in dirt...probably 4-5 days from seed to breaking soil. that puts it at march 16-17
Wow I didn't know you could start LST so early on a plant. I thought you had to wait for a few nodes. Glad to see how it looks. Hope this turns out into a female! You know how bagseed can be.... I'm doing a CFL grow myself, in a PC case, so I def following to see your results. Good luck!
