Someone at my university wrote "for snorting your coke" on one of those.
Those things always seem dirty as shit though. I don't even like putting my folder on them, let alone something i'll put on my lips like a joint.

i feel like im grasping at straws lol why the fuck would there be a too small changing table inside the bathroom stall of a college library?

 

in that case im pretty sure its an ironing board.....or the colored dining hall.

 

It's for putting a purse or something like that on so you don't have to set it on the floor

i rolled a joint in the bathroom at work when i was working at this pizza place. smoked it while taking out the trash. the whole fucking pizzeria stunk when i came back in. hahaha
