    Greetings, first post here  :gc_rocks:

In my home there are all the tools one would need to make fine bamboo bongs or steamrollers, we also have lots of dried bamboo at the side of the road. I have done my research and now I want to make bong and sell them to fellow stoners. Maybe $25 with glass bowl. The one thing I can't be sure is how I will seal the inside of the bong because I've read that if let without any sort of sealer it will smell like shit after 5 or 6 uses. I obviously won't use a flammable one. So I'm left with carnauba wax, and mineral oil, maybe beeswax if I can get it but it seems more expensive.

What is you recommendation among these? I'm open to new suggestions if I can buy it at WalMart or any hardware shop. Thanks in advance.

  2. Beeswax would be the best choice as it wont go bad. Find some one that takes care of bees and buy from them.

Isnt there a fungus or something inside bamboo. You dont want to inhale spores

  4. Beeswax sounds like a great idea, but here's another one, aquarium silicone. It's waterproof and isn't poisonous to use, unlike most silicons.
