Okay so I cleaned my steam roller with 91% isproply alcohol I rinsed it threw many times to make sure i got it all out and now after that it has somthing that looks like mold and I don't want to smoke out of it cause I don't want to die or somthing so if someone could tell me what it is and how to fix it that would be great thanks
I've never used alcohol to clean my pipe so my bad of I didn't do it right but I'm not asking your opinion on how clean it is I'm asking how to fix it so I can smoke out of it again
My bad i am trying to help you fix this, can you get at it with some type of stick? So you can scrub it. I have cleaned some nasty pieces, likely that had mold(which i don't think you have mold) and I definitely would have smoked out of them if I got the chance. Edit : use coarse salt if you have
If you can reach it with a stick, then soak some paper towel in iso, wrap around your stick (I use shishcabob(I stumped spellcheck) sticks, aka bamboo skewers.) And go at her. Also to avoid paper towel, i buy alcohol swabs, I think they are soaked in 70% iso. Basically like those 'wet naps' you get when you go out an eat chicken wings except much smaller.
did you let it soak in alcohol for a few hrs? mine get clean after a soak and rinsing with real hot water
I've tryed to get to it unsucessfully bui just managed to and its deffeffinatly some sort of residue cuz part of it scraped off
And yeah I let it soak and then aftewards when it was done a couple days later I went to smoke out of it and seen that and haven't since and I miss my baby
That would certainly do the trick, take a small piece of paper towel and wrap around it, soak with iso and scrape, rinse with warm water, will be good as new in know time. Also rinsing with hot water first, will make it easier.
