    DAY 1:
    Planted seeds.

    DAY 2:
I am getting ready to start a few seeds in the greenhouse and this will be my first outdoor grow. I only have three seeds but I started them in those peat pellets that you soak in water. I want to grow them in pots for about a month in the greenhouse so I know the frost outside is officially gone. I will be using Roots Organic soil and I also have the General Organics GoBox for nutrients so this will be an organic grow.

Some of these in the picture are catnip seeds.

  2. You are going to need supplemental lighting for the plants as the days are still too short. It will need the lighting for another month or so.

Crap! I never thought about that. I don't have any supplemental light to give it. I have two extra seeds if it doesn't work out.

So what's the worst that could happen?

  4. DAY 6:
    One seed sprouted

    DAY 7:
First sprout doing good. Still no signs from the other two seeds which came from a different plant but the one is doing great. It had purple on the underside of the cotyledon when it first sprouted.
