    It doesn't matter what countries get the signatures, if 7 countries get the threshold the EU bring it for talks, that's what I've been told.

    because theyre in the eu. coffee shops are a grey area, weed is not fully legal in the netherlands.

    Only one place in the Netherlands is even remotely strict on cannabis use and it's a trial seeing how banning tourists from purchasing or using cannabis affects economy, tourism etc (Maastricht)
