What PC games would you recommend?

Discussion in 'Gamer's Heartbeat' started by LaughterDude, Apr 5, 2014.

  1. What PC games are worth saving up for and what are your favourite PC games?

  2. Civilization V, State of Decay and Skyrim are some of my favorites.

I played a lot of Skyrim on 360 before I got a PC and by comparison the PC version is much better the mods are great.

  3. Skyrim is greate to play while stoned! State of Decay is it worth buying? I have heard some bad reviews for that game. I will try Civilization V next time I game.
    Thanks for the reply!

I love smoking and getting lost into Skyrim. I enjoyed State of Decay enough that I would buy it. It's not perfect but it's really original and gives a fresh take on zombie games. I played it a lot the first few weeks I had it but I don't go back to it often.

  5. Binding of Isaac is an amazingily creative and addiciting game. It's only $5 so I reccomend checkin it out. I'll be comin back with more when I get home.

  6. The cool thing about PC games is that you don't have to save up.  There will be a good sale on any game you are wanting if you are willing to wait.  What kinds of games are you into?  I just bought Deus Ex the other day, don't know much about it other than I always hear great things.

  7. The Walking Dead, the cartoon version, is one of the best games I have ever played. One of the few games where I got really emotionally invested in the characters. It's like $25 on steam.

  8. FOOTBALL MANAGER !!!

  10. Definitely get Skyrim. With the mods you can add unlimited replayability. You could almost make it like playing through a new Elder Scrolls every time.

the question is. Do you have  a GPU capible of providing an enjoyable experiance. If you are like me and own a R9 270x 4gb and fx 8350 4.3ghz cpu then any game will do on ultra....
    full pc specs

  14. My PC specs are:
    7750 1GB
    4GB RAM
    3.4GHZ @ 3.5GHZ
    and an ssd.

Not the most powerful machine but everything is overclocked slightly and I play on a 1366 by 768 monitor so every game I have play I can play maxed out fine. I already have Skyrim and it's amazing! I have looked at XCOM and I am gonna get that soon. FarCry and Assassin's Creed I imagine would be super fun :) Thanks for the suggestions I can't wait to get these games now!
The  Walking Dead could be pretty intense when I get it I am gonna play with friends should be fun!
