IWS CHILLIE EXPERIMENT

  1. Hi there welcome to my blog after getting raied and the police taking all my equipment away i repurchused all again nd decided to grow some chillies please watch the two videos and you will have a better idea of what ime doing.

    I noticed some of the chillie plants are starting to flower allready but ime going to pintch the flowers out to force them back into veg as i wont them about a half meter tall in the tent before i flower them and switch to the sodium bulbs

     
  2. I have added a 200 watt fish tank heater to the nutrient tank as the temperature was 16 not i run the temperature at 20.
     
    The room is running at a cool temperture as i have turned up the lights so ime running 1.2k in there 600 eatch side.

  3. I have upped the feed anouther 50 mil of a and 50mil of b

  4. Here is the week 3 update on the Chillie experiment they have started to flower and i have self pollanated the flowers so chillie peppers shoul start growing soon.

    Here is week four there doing well uve upped there food again and sdded some flower enhancer and set the IWS to 0flood every two hours ec up to  1.7 ph 5.8 temp 10-20

  6. Here we go with episode 5 chillies are doing well put the on chilly magic and gave them some big bud EC 3.7 a bit high but they seem to love it ph 5.8 to 6 nutrients temp 19-20 they are doing very well considering there only on 8 hours of light a day will increase at a later stage.

This is update 5.1 just wanted to show you all the flowers on the plants and the chillies growing there going to be covered in chillies and ime going to have to net them up soon as I said before ime going to grow these massive filling up the tent some verity are a lot harder to train than others also generally i have noticed that the hotter the chillies the smaller the plant is but its early days yet they are loving the IWS that i run every 2 hours and have seen massive growth and the chilies magic is gr8 food for them and is also cheap.  I have lots of flowering additives to add to the chillies but not needed at the moment as there flowering at a very high rate at the moment.

Here is the Chillies update number 6 and there growing madly and should very soon be full of chillies.  In this video i go through some of the chemicals that ime giving the chillies.  Post your comments or questions.  Still flooding the IWS at two hourly intervals and just giving the chillies 8 hours of light at the moment when they get bigger ill increase the light time to fatten up the chillies.

    Here is the weekly update of how the chillie plants are doing a little bending and training was needed on one side and was hard work but i have a even canopy now
     
    PH 5.8 to 6
    CF 3.4 to 3.7
    Nutrient Temperature 20
