I've been exploring my fears and one that's come up is the fear of my whole life being watched 24/7 and not having privacy of even my own thoughts. One that likely stems from watching 'The Trueman Show' as a kid.
Your whole life is being watched. If by none else other than YOU. You can't escape yourself, and are your own biggest judge
Yeah, what are you going to do if you ARE being watched..? Unless you have a way to change that, go with the flow..
i hear in cases of truman show syndrome people had good results treating it by actually being followed 24/7 by cameras for awhile.
I don't know why would watch me 24/7.. Who wants to see excessive masturbation Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Ok thanks guys, I think i've got over it now. Was reading into things too much. Sometimes you just have to step down from levels of higher awareness when it becomes uncomfortable.
That's because there IS something else there besides your own thoughts. It's YOU! ...and you are subtly realizing that you are NOT your thoughts, which is a beautiful thing when realized fully. Then, you are free!
