  1. What do you prefer? Boneless or bone-in?
    Boneless for me.

  2. Boned for sure. If I go out to eat wings with my man friends and any of them order boneless the jokes will start to rain in.

  3. depends how much meat is on em. at Wingstop I prefer the bone-in wings... almost everywhere else I prefer boneless

  4. Boned helps keep the chicken moist. If its breast ill cut it into very thin pieces or else it gets to dry.

  5. Bone in. I've had to de-bone chicken wings before, fuck that unless you're paying me. The boneless "wings" are usually actually breast and don't taste right to me.

  6. Boneless chicken wings are NOT chicken wings.

    Question should read:

Which do you prefer? Chicken wings, or chicken balls.

So in short, my answer is Bone-in.

  7. I only like the white meat on chicken, so boneless.

  8. with the bone because i think they taste better

think about how much flavor has to penetrate the meat from skin to the bone

compare to from the skin to the center of a wad of meat.

  9. Boneless is a waste. You pay extra money for someone else to waste their time.

Your just going to eat the meat off the bone anyway.

No need to waste time and money and a minor convenience

Boneless chicken "wings" are cut up chicken breasts.

  13. Boneless chicken wi.......

What is this witchcraft you speak of!?

  14. I buy chicken thighs bone in, or the whole chicken and halve or quarter it, free range. Both great for pan frying or bbq or baking. Bone in for cooking is a time honored method that gives much better flavor and juiciness.

Plus i often save the bones to make bone broth, for the minerals, gelatin, collagen etc. Very good for you especially with veggies cooked in.

It's astounding. A chickens worth of boneless breasts is a decent meal, but a chickens worth of bone in meat makes a more flavorful meal and if you utilize the bones can easily make ten servings of stock for soup/stew. It goes twice as far.

  15. So chicken nuggets vs chicken wings pretty much

Boneless are easier to eat n faster....but Bone-in has more flavor n more traditional

Guess if I had to choose....prolly bone in....which got me thinkin.....I need to come up with a good recipe for the chicken wing cook off comin up.... Awww shit!!! :yummy:  Any ideas out there....lol
