Used to have a 98' z71 on 6" lift with 35"s. Hollowed out glasspacks, and a pure damn beast of a truck. Made a lot of almost love in the bed of it . But thanks to Obama and the rising prices of gas I couldn't keep putting $70-80 every few days in her. Had to sell her (it was a cold day in hell for me), but I now drive a 98 Chevy s-10 on 3" lift and 33"s. The gas millage isn't too much better but every little bit helps. Plus I'm making more money now than back in the day. I'm about ready to get me another Silverado though, I miss the power (and the sound) of the 5.7
I saw some vids of them teaching him how to drive it (jump it) on the dunes. The whine on that super charger...
my work truck is a white 2004 chevy 1500 4X4. it's got a ton of miles and some wear and tear, but it's a work truck so fug it.

When I saw the word truck To a Welshman like myself it means a van, after viewing replies to say I have a Dodge 50 (6 cylinder silver dot Perkins Motor) would not make sense, Still it is American and I can fit 4 Techs 5 fellow Musicians and 5000watts of PA in it ,I wouldn,t take it off road though as it could snap in half : Later dudes AAS

Kinda turned into a 4x4 thread. I have a 1990 Jeep Wrangler, 2.5L stock axles 4 inch suspension lift, 1 inch body, Tj flares, bed-lined floors, Smitybuild Security console. Soon getting family roll bar, speakers, head unit, 12 inch sub, cb radio, Rims and Tires 33x12.5x15, and boom shackles. I've had this thing since July last year, just got it on the road in may, Love it.
