I love this site, but I did run into some frustration today. I just had to recover my password and found the CAPTCHA to be the most difficult I have ever encountered. It would help tremendously if that page informed users that it was case-sensitive. This is particularly important because it is so hard to tell the difference in scale between characters. I'm not normally limited in my capacity in such a manner, so I would expect there to be others who have encountered similar difficulties.
We are sorry that you feel it was hard to pass Captcha however if we make it easy to pass , spam robots will invade Grasscity.
