How do i get permission to create a new topic in a thread?

    Title says it all, but how do i get permission to post a topic in a thread? I am trying to create a topic in the Medical smoking and usage thread but it says i dont have permission what do i doooo. my question is though, right when the high is coming down do you guys just stop or do another bowl? basically what im trying to say is are you high for all/most part of the day?

    At man I'm not sure how to do that but I'm wonderin, how do you even post a question?? For example I want to ask a question on growing.. How can I do that??

    If things are the way it used to be, you need to reply to a certain amount of posts in some sections before you can create your own there.

    for some sections there is a 10 post min before you can make a new topic

    I've been on here a few weeks and still can't figure out how to start a thread??

    When you are in a forum, say General as an example, there will be a button at the top right of the threads - Start a new topic. :smoke:
